The Royal Gallery, is a new development of 1, 2,and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses near Kingston upon Thames', close to central London. Surrounded by popular bars, this development aligns with similar accommodations in Skerne Road and nearby areas. Our role at HHA was to develop and refine the planning application, allowing the client to make key decisions independently. The clients chose unique balcony designs for each penthouse, providing residents with a relaxing outdoor space despite being in an apartment complex. A significant challenge during construction was the rapid pace of the project, which required our HHA team to be continually on-site. This constant presence ensured that the clients were highly satisfied with the outcome. The development also incorporated affordable housing, with 5No.units specifically designed for disabled residents. Emphasizing accessibility was a key aspect of the design.
