From Conception to Completion

‍We are able to offer comprehensive advice to enable our clients to proceed from conception to completion of a building with absolute confidence.

In addition we are able to advise and assist with procedures and information required by funding authorities, particularly for educational buildings, to promote the smooth progress of projects. Our longstanding working relationships with the DfEE assists in the resolution of procedures.

Management Procedures
‍
‍All projects are under the close supervision of a director ensuring direct contact at top level for clients and members of the design team for discussion on matters of principle or detail at any stage.

This detailed involvement of a director continues throughout the life of the project. In addition, a clearly identified associate or other senior member of staff heads the support teams necessary to carry out the projects.

As part of the management of the project our strategy is based upon tight control of both programme and costs, together with ensuring that the completed building is both stimulating and functional.The directors are always pleased to offer advice in response to specific enquiries and welcome the opportunity to show buildings which have already been completed.

CDM Coordinator Services
‍
‍Horsley Huber Architects are able to offer a full service as CDM Coordinators.  We have now completed numerous education projects solely as CDM Coordinators.

The office is well resourced and we are able to offer a complete service giving our clients the confidence that the information produced complies with all of the Statutory Regulations.

Quality Policy Statement

We are committed to a quality policy to satisfy clients, staff and all other parties associated with the practice.

The practice has developed a quality system to the recommendations of BS.5750 and we are now working towards registration.

Professional Indemnity

We have PI insurance cover to a value of £1,250,000 for each project and an arrangement with our insurers to provide additional cover where requested on a project by project basis up to £5m.
