The practice has been working on fabric maintenance and repairs of Holy Trinity Church for over twenty years. The detailing is complex and maintenance is difficult giving rise to many defects and extensive water penetration. The town centre location makes it vulnerable to vandalism and theft. A long-term relationship between church and the architectural team has developed, with past project files forming a useful reference for the current works. Current works include rebuilding of merlons, extending cornices to address water penetration, works to rainwater goods, internal replastering, window repair, and measures to address damp.
